Terms of Use

Printgram is operated by Printgram, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Cancellation & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Every item is printed on demand for your order. Prices are shown in Indian rupees (₹) and are the maximum retail price, inclusive of all taxes. A delivery fee of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹999; delivery is free from ₹999. The total you see before paying — items, delivery and any Cash on Delivery fee — is exactly what you are charged.

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or any UPI app), cards, net banking and wallets are processed by our payment partner. We never see or store your card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
• Cash on Delivery carries a ₹49 handling fee and is available on orders up to ₹5,000 (items plus delivery).
• An order paid online must be paid within 30 minutes of placing it; unpaid orders are cancelled automatically and nothing is charged.

An order is confirmed once payment is received (or, for Cash on Delivery, once it is placed). We may cancel an order we cannot fulfil — for example a design removed for infringing someone's rights — and any amount paid is then refunded in full.

Designs are created by independent creators, who confirm they hold the rights to them, and our team checks every design before it goes on sale. Designs a customer keeps in their own wardrobe are printed only for that customer's personal use and are never sold to anyone else. Report content that infringes your rights to support@printgram.in.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Complaints can be raised with our Grievance Officer (see Contact us), who acknowledges them within 48 hours and resolves them within one month.
