• Your name, email address, mobile number and delivery address when you place an order.
• Order history and payment status (never card numbers, CVV or UPI PIN — those stay with our payment partner).
• Your account details and the preferences stored in your browser (cart, wishlist).

To process and deliver your orders, send order updates, handle cancellations, refunds and support requests, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations (such as tax records). We do not sell your personal data.

Only what each partner needs: our payment partner (to process payments and refunds), our print and courier partners (your name, phone and address, to deliver the order), and authorities when the law requires it.

Order records are kept as long as tax and consumer laws require; other data is deleted when no longer needed. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by writing to support@printgram.in.
